Applied AI. Since 2010.

The thesis the company has lived by — written down so we can be held to it.

We started ShepHertz in an era when "machine learning" was a research term, not a press release. In 2012, we shipped one of India's first commercial facial recognition systems. We didn't call it AI. We called it software that worked.

That has been our discipline ever since.

The problem with the present

The AI industry today runs on theater. Demos that don't survive contact with production. Pilots that never become deployments. Models that hallucinate in a sandbox and get shipped anyway. Agents that act autonomously without anyone willing to sign for what they do.

We have watched this cycle for fourteen years — through the ML era, the deep learning era, the transformer era, and now the agentic era. Every wave brings the same pattern: extraordinary capability, undisciplined deployment, and a quiet trail of failed enterprise programs that nobody writes case studies about.

We are not interested in that cycle. We are interested in what comes after the demo.

What we believe

AI is infrastructure, not magic.

It earns its place when it runs reliably in production, under governance, against measurable outcomes. Anything else is a science project.

Platforms beat point solutions. ShepHertz has been a platform company since day one — backend-as-a-service in our first chapter, agentic AI in our current one. Platforms compound. Point solutions decay.

Trust is a feature, not a posture. Our products are SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant. They are continuously tested against OWASP Top 10 and SANS Top 25. Not because compliance is the goal, but because the institutions we serve — banks, hospitals, governments, families — cannot afford anything less.

Sovereignty is a customer requirement, not our cause. Some of our customers are nations and regulated industries that need their AI to run on their soil, under their laws, on their terms. We build the platform that lets them do it. We do not need to evangelize sovereignty; we need to deliver it where it is required.

Categories are defined by those who ship them. We were early to facial recognition in India. We are early to sovereign agentic AI for the regulated enterprise. We intend to be early to whatever comes next — and to open-source the parts of our work that should belong to the field, not to us.

What we are building

Three platforms, one philosophy.

AgentAnywhere is our agentic AI platform — a sovereign-deployable foundation for the enterprises and governments building the next decade of applied intelligence.

wAnywhere, BrowseAnywhere, and SafeAnywhere are our applied-vision and behavioral-intelligence platforms — protecting workforces, securing endpoints, and keeping children safe online. Same core science, three audiences who need it.

Our engineering practice is how we put these platforms to work inside the world's largest organizations — AI-augmented software delivery that compresses years of work into quarters.

What we are not

We are not a model lab. We are not a services arm in product clothing. We are not a sovereignty pitch deck. We are an applied AI platform company with fourteen years of production behind us and a clear view of the decade ahead.

If you are building something that has to actually work — for your customers, your regulators, and the people who trust you — we should talk.
